The bad news: A lease template and lease forms are a pain in the butt and can be more confusing than the MCAT. The pressures of filling out a lease application can be quite daunting because filling it out wrong could lead to future complications.
The good news: You’ve found the perfect property and are at the final stages of the tenant lease agreement. RDS Real Estate will facilitate, and guide you through the standard lease agreement with ease.
We recommend browsing online and looking at lease agreement template and blank lease agreements so that you can familiarize and create a better understanding of what to expect.
A commercial lease agreement is not much different than a home lease agreement. If you are currently a home owner then you should already know what to expect. Your residential contract will have already familiarized you with a commercial contract.
